When I can enroll in the Symposium?
Both attendees and speakers could enroll on-line from May 1st, 2023. The registration period will be open until December 1st 2023, however to obtain the reduced fee you will have to register before November 6th, 2023.
Can I submit any communications in other language?
Is it possible to exceed the maximum length specified in the terms for communications?
Do you need to register or make payment for the communication to be revised?
If communication is submitted by multiple authors, how many have to pay the registration fee?
If a communication is signed by several participants, how many of them will receive the certificate of presentation?
I am enrolled and attending studies on physical activity in an unofficial private Sports Center. Can I pay the reduced student fee?
I registered in the Symposium and have made the payment, and I cannot attend it due extraordinary circumstances. Can I retrieve my registration fee?
What will be the language of the conferences? Will there be a translation service?
